The
Training Cub offers a wide range of exercises for all levels of
fitness from beginners to professional athletes.
Members can have the pace of their Ab routine, or free-weight
routine set, enabling the Cub to push members to exercise more
intensely.
Abs - work abs by doing a range of different movements
all led by the Cub.
Free-Weights - Concentrates on toning the arms and
shoulders.
Cardio - follow a routine meant for toning the legs and
bum with ancillary work for
the core.
Stretch - either a full body or avoiding any parts of the
body, hold the position with the performer and feel the stretch.
Swiss Ball - designed to bring movement to the spine in a
controlled manner to help increase blood flow to the spinal
discs.
