TRAINING WITH THE CLASS MENTOR

A
new alternative way to work out at the gym is to use the Class
Mentor by Quick Leisure. The innovative system leads people
through a diverse range of pre-programmed classes and workouts
without the necessary need for an instructor present. For
example, those members who like to train using free weights can
use the Class Mentor to be taken through a free weight-based
workout. As the workout is paced and can be set up to avoid or
focus on particular parts of the body, members have the added
benefit of seeing vast improvements in the results they achieve.
Similarly, as opposed to using several different cardiovascular
machines such as a treadmill or bike for 30 minutes that focus
on muscles in only one plane, why not take classes in step;
combat; or even aerobics which work the muscles in more than one
plane?
The Class Mentor offers a different experience for every member.
The system can be set up so that individuals can exercise to
numerous classes that work on different parts of the body with a
flexible duration.
