EXERCISE
TUITION FROM THE CLASS MENTOR
October 2006
Quick
Leisure, the technological solutions specialists, provides the
answer for cost effective optimum use of gym facilities with its
professional industry-standard Class Mentor.
Developed by experienced fitness specialists,
the Class Mentor offers a wide selection of fitness classes
tailored for users at all levels of fitness from beginners up to
professional athletes.
The unique touch-screen control system, with its user-friendly
and easy to use interface, delivers a combination of visual
demonstrations and audio instructions to a large display. It
does not completely replace instructors, but it allows classes
to be run at any time of the day to optimise studio time,
reducing overheads and accommodating specialist and extra
classes when there are no instructors available.
Exercises are performed by some of the most respected personal
trainers in the industry including Ceri Hannan, Steve Watson and
Caroline Pearce. The ability to select difficulty levels ensures
a safe and challenging workout for gym members. The full range
of interactive classes includes Bike, Aerobics, Stretch, Body
Tone, Swiss Ball plus many more - the Class Mentor encompasses a
comprehensive series of exercises that enables a full body
workout.
Glen Jones, product director at Quick Leisure comments “The
Class Mentor provides gyms with the ability to run fitness
classes when instructors are unavailable, when numbers are
small, and at any time of the day. Through making full use of
studio time and space we believe the Mentor allows gym managers
to provide what their members want when they want it".
Furthermore, the Class Mentor can be individually branded with a
gym logo and identity. It has been designed so that it can be
updated remotely; giving club managers the added benefit of
programming the latest exercises on to the existing unit. |
