Training Cub is a great alternative to standard exercise
routines and many of our members have given us very positive
feedback after using it. The abs and strength workouts have

The machine is great for more reserved or self-conscious members
who prefer to train on their own or in small groups without
having to approach Fitness Instructors to remind them of how to
